These terms cover instille.com and the Instille waitlist, run by Instille Technologies LLC (“Instille,” “we”). The Instille app will have its own terms at launch. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free, and no purchase is necessary. You must be 18 or older, and you may join once, with your own email address.
No guarantees before launch
We plan to launch Instille on iPhone in January 2027, but dates, features, and prices may change before launch. Joining the waitlist doesn't create a membership, a purchase, or a commitment on either side.
Everyone on the waitlist gets early access to Instille about a week before the public launch.
Founding members
When you join, you get a personal invite link. When three different people join the waitlist using your link, you become a founding member. Founding members get:
- first invitations to our private iPhone beta, in the order they qualify. Beta places are limited, so we can't promise everyone a place.
- a numbered founding-member mark on their trail in the Instille app, numbered in the order they qualify, for as long as they keep an Instille account. To receive it, you'll need to claim it with the link in your founding-member email or with your invite code.
Founding members also get early access with everyone else on the waitlist.
- An invite counts only when a real person joins with their own email address. Fake, duplicate, or automated signups, and signups from your own other addresses, don't count, and we may remove them.
- Founding-member benefits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and don't include any discount or price commitment.
- We may change or end the program before launch. If we do, people who have already qualified keep their benefits.
